What time and where do we meet for our Multi Resort Program?

Your guide / instructor and driver will meet you in the lobby of your accommodation at a pre-arranged time each morning between 8:00am and 10:00am.

Can we drop our children off to ski school early so we can leave for our Multi Resort program before 9:45am?

Parents wishing to drop their children off have the option of booking their children for supervised play-time with a Myoko Snowsports staff member from 8am to 9:45am (prior to group lessons). They will then ensure your children are dropped off to their group instructor at 9:45am. This allows you to depart for your Multi Resort program at 8:00am – 8:30am, and then you just need to pick your children up at 4:00pm.

Will we have the same guide / instructor each day?

Yes. We guarantee you the same guide / instructor each day so long as we have availability at the time of making your booking.

How many people can we have in our program, and is there an additional cost?

Multi Resort programs can be booked for up to 6 participants. All Multi Resort programs are a fixed cost – there is no additional fee for more than one person.

If we have people of different ability levels can we split the time of the guide?

Yes you can split the time between group members, however for the best experience we recommend all group members being of a similar ability level.

Can we have a mix of ski participant and snowboard participants together in our program?

We generally recommend booking separate programs for skiers and snowboarders, as each instructor needs to be on a selected set of equipment. That said, if one member of your group is on a different set of equipment they can join you, however your guide/instructor may not be able to offer them instruction/tips.

Do your guides / instructors speak English?

Yes. All our guides / instructors speak either native or fluent English and all programs are run in English. We have a large number of instructors from around the world, as well as from Japan.

If you have a request for a private lesson in another language (French, German, Dutch, Swedish) please check with us for availability.

If you are interested in programs run in Japanese please let our reservations team know and they can recommend another local Japanese snowsports school to you.

Should I book in advance?

We recommend booking well-prior to your arrival to ensure availability, particularly from 20 December to mid-February. Please contact our team at reservations@myokosnowsports.com if you have any questions.
