General Terms & Conditions
1. All Myoko Snowsports lesson and guiding programs continue to operate when it is snowing, raining, foggy and windy. Instructors will tailor programs for the best possible experience given each day’s snow and weather conditions.
– If a guest chooses to cancel or not show up to their program then the cancellations policy (see below) will apply.
– If there is no appropriate terrain available to run the program due to lift closures Myoko Snowsports will re-schedule the program. If a re-schedule is not available solutions will be offered case-by-case.
2. All guests acknowledge there are inherent risks while participating in Snowsports activities and that Myoko Snowsports will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries during, before or after Snowsports School lessons, Photography Shoots and/or Equipment Rental periods.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations of equipment rental and lessons made prior to arrival in Myoko must be done via email to reservations@myokosnowsports.com or by calling +81 (0)255-87-3580 between 8:15am and 5:30pm JST (Dec to Mar).
Cancellations made after arrival in Myoko must be made either in person or by calling +81 (0)255-87-3580 between 8:15am and 5:30pm JST (Dec to Mar).
· Cancellations made 30 to 3 days prior, and/or when payment of the booking has already been made to Myoko Snowsports, are eligible for a 90% refund.
· Cancellations made 2 days prior, or 1 day prior by 12:00 noon, are eligible for a 50% refund.
· Cancellations made after 12:00 noon 1 day prior, on the day of the reservation and `No Shows’ are not eligible for any refund.
· Cancellations made at any time due to illness or injury will be eligible to receive a 90% refund for the remaining term, upon presentation of a medical certificate from a local practitioner.
